Terms of Service

Inkblitz helps you write, preview, and schedule LinkedIn posts using AI-assisted drafting tools. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with LinkedIn's terms when connecting your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Post content that infringes others' rights or violates platform rules.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits or AI quotas.

• You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service (including sending drafts to AI providers and publishing to LinkedIn when you ask us to).
• You are solely responsible for what you publish on LinkedIn. Review all drafts before scheduling or publishing.
• AI-generated text may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must verify facts and comply with professional and legal obligations.

Connecting LinkedIn authorizes Inkblitz to act on your behalf for actions you initiate (such as scheduling or publishing). You can revoke access through Settings or LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn and are not responsible for changes to their API or policies.

Paid plans, when offered, are billed through Razorpay. Prices and features are shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a specific offer. You may cancel recurring subscriptions according to the flow in the product or by contacting support@inkblitz.com.

Some features may be labeled beta or offered without charge during early access. Beta features are provided "as is" and may be unstable or withdrawn.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ENGAGEMENT, REACH, OR RESULTS ON LINKEDIN.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INKBLITZ AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You will defend and indemnify Inkblitz against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation poses risk to us or others. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
