Privacy Policy

• Account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile information through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
• Content you create — Draft posts, style preferences, niche settings, uploaded context documents, and instructions you provide for AI generation.
• LinkedIn connection data — If you connect LinkedIn, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) and basic profile data needed to publish or schedule posts on your behalf.
• Usage and analytics — Product events (for example, feature usage and session activity) via Amplitude, tied to your email address when you are signed in.
• Billing information — If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We receive subscription status and transaction references, not full card numbers.
• Technical data — Browser type, device information, IP address, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Inkblitz.
• Generate and refine post drafts using AI based on your inputs and style profile.
• Preview posts and publish or schedule them to LinkedIn when you request it.
• Process subscriptions and send transactional emails (for example, sign-in and account notices).
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Post generation and refinement use third-party AI models. Your prompts, drafts, and style context may be sent to those providers to produce responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed for this purpose.

We rely on trusted vendors to run Inkblitz, including:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• Google (sign-in)
• LinkedIn (publishing, when you connect your account)
• AI model providers (content generation)
• Amplitude (analytics)
• Razorpay (payments)
• Vercel and Railway (hosting and APIs)

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is needed for the service they provide.

We keep your account data and content while your account is active. You may delete drafts in the product; account deletion requests can be sent to support@inkblitz.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, billing, or legal compliance.

• Disconnect LinkedIn at any time from Settings.
• Sign out or stop using the service.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Inkblitz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
